The website also shows the current rental prices to demonstrate what is the current potential in the market if someone has to rent. No agent is putting up property and neither is Trano showcasing a particular property on its website. Presentation in the website is for illustration purposes only.

The Company does not participate in any direct form of communication between you and the Agents throughout the property transaction. However, you authorize the Company to provide your name and contact information and other identifying information you provide to the applicable real estate agent, should you choose to contact an Agent via the Website.

We host the details in good faith, but we may not verify them, and we make no representations, warranties or guarantees about the quality, accuracy, completeness and reliability of any information and content contained therein.

The Company does not act as a real estate agent for you or any other user. The Company does not sell, buy, or negotiate the purchase, sale, or exchange of real estate property. We do not provide you with any investment or financial advice with respect to the content presented on the Website, nor do we recommend or endorse any properties, products or content within the Website.

3. User Behavior and Obligations

Any person who can access, provide or avail, services offered by the Website, which includes the following but not limited to hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views (“the User”) shall avail such services solitarily for lawful purposes.

Use automated programs including, but not limited to, web crawling or screen scraping software or any similar technology to access the Website, for the purpose of collecting, and/or accumulating data or content of the Website that may lead to a compromise or a security breach. Search Engines are not permitted to query or index parts of the Website that is protected by security verification system.
